Duncan has over 20 years experience in line and human
resource management roles including considerable
overseas experience in Germany, Cyprus, Norway and Saudi
Arabia. He then spent six years within the Civil Service
College, where he was responsible for leadership and
teambuilding product lines and CIPD accredited courses.
Over the last six years, his successful independent
consultancy work has included the provision of
teambuilding, leadership, change and performance
management training and one to one coaching in a number
of prominent organisations. |
