Counselling
Spruce has recently designed and delivered a series of courses for an

Officers.

Spruce designed and delivered a series of leadership programmes to a range of
clients in the UK and overseas, including South Africa and Croatia.
Approaches included personality profiling and 360° feedback.
We have also run over 300 team events, enabling teams to become more effective,
more focussed and hence more successful. These have included team profiling, team exercises and action planning.

We have recently provided a series of change management and stress management courses in support
of a major reorganisation, resulting in significant downsizing.
In addition, Spruce has given outplacement support, including equipping employees with the
marketing skills required to enable a career change. This included CV writing, interview guidance
and confidence building.
